DirectID is a Global Credit Risk Platform that is redefining the industry for both lenders and their consumers by leveraging real-time bank data. Our platform leverages Open Finance and bank statement data to help our customers throughout the credit risk lifecycle from onboarding through to collections & recoveries.

This is an expansion role within the team and has been created as a result of continued company growth and an increasing number of channel and referral partners. Partnerships are quickly becoming a crucial part of the commercial team. As our Partner Manager you manage end to end engagement with technology vendors, channel partners and referral agents with the aim of offering our clients a compelling, complete solution. You will work within the sales team but across the business establishing an effective channel strategy supported by strong relationships, in depth understanding of a range of industries and technical competency to help engage the market on all levels.

You will be expected to identify, qualify and recruit new partners and develop these relationships, as well as building commercial constructs.



  • 5+ years experience in a Partner-facing role, preferably at a technology company, with successful partnership or client building experience
  • A track record in creating, developing and owning key business relationships and drive the ultimate success of partner projects; identifying and implementing business development and partnership initiatives to further our rapid growth.
  • Experience in establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partners; covering starting new relationships and maintaining existing relationships.
  • A background in developing, structuring and closing partnership deals with target partner organisations that deliver enduring value to the business.
  • Experience in coordinating the involvement the wider team, including sales, account management, and marketing resources, to meet partnership objectives.
  • Great communication skills that include providing demos and technical briefs to our partners
  • The ability to develop and execute account plans for Partners spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
  • Proven ability to lead negotiations involving bespoke Partnership agreements
  • A knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally and at all levels
