As a Product Analyst within our cross-functional Agile Product Development team you will support the PO and the rest of the team in better understanding our customer and their end users. You will quickly gain in depth knowledge of our products and you will be crucial in sharing that knowledge across the business.

We expect you to know our customers and their users inside and out. We need you to be comfortable speaking to stakeholders and customer, you must be both analytical and a storyteller.

You Need To Have.

• Experience of working in teams building high quality digital products.
• Experience writing effective value-centric user stories.
• The ability to synthesise complex data and then tell the story in a clear way that everyone can understand.
• A demonstrable product mindset.
• Experience with analytics tools i.e. PowerBI, App Insights, Hotjar.
• Experience with prototyping tools.
• Hands on Jira & Confluence skills.
• Experience of following agile, particularly understanding of the Scrum framework.
• A collaborative attitude and approach.
