The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Specialist to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. This is a purely hunter role so you will need to be able to leverage your existing network with a requirement of immediate generation of sales.

Role Responsibilities
  • Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients and identify creative ways in which DirectID can help them
  • Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Building in-depth relationships with clients and partners by addressing and satisfying any enterprise open banking consulting needs and concerns
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Working creatively with clients and their teams to develop specific saleable and commercially viable proposals

  • Demonstrable experience in a Senior Business Development role, with consulting skill set with sufficient presence to lead engagements with prospective customers
  • Confidence and ability to engage at senior levels of businesses on a range of topics, converting into viable business development opportunities
  • Proven credibility building respect with clients when talking about solutions, commercial structures, change management and benefits to the solutions
  • Clear analytical thinker and problem solver with an ability to use the data available to develop fresh insights and ideas
  • Proven sales track record and able to evidence
  • Experience in customer support (not essential)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge – Automotive finance, Lending, Collections and Recoveries
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
