As a Product Delivery Manager you will own one of our most exciting B2C products. You’ll work closely with members of all teams across the business to ensure our customers’ needs are accurately represented throughout the development of our new and existing products.  

A significant part of this role is working closely with DirectID’s partners to co-develop their solutions built on our technology.  You’ll be their “go to” person and are responsible for ensuring that we are building the right things at the right time and delighting their customers too.

We need a bit of a utility player who isn’t afraid of roiling their sleeves up and getting stuck in. We are a fast paced business in a fast paced industry and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to contribute to other deliveries across the business too.

You Need To Have.

• Product Delivery experience in a software development environment: B2B or B2C.
• Experience having worked in Agile delivery would be advantageous.
• A demonstrable Product Mindset.
• Fintech or Financial Services delivery experience would be a bonus.
• A basic understanding of DevOps and test don’t worry, we don’t expect you to be technical.
• Experience using with Jira – if you’re a Jira ninja then that’s even better.
